To show the benefits of their MEMS mirror for LiDAR technology, Murata wanted to develop a demonstrator.

Eclipse was chosen among a large number of competitors. A turn-key system was delivered in time where Eclipse had full responsibility (optics project management, eye safety, electronics, software, mechanics). For this project, Eclipse worked with a number of partners in our network.

Technology: LiDAR at 1550 nm

Challenge: Create a demonstrator on a limited budget to prove the MEMS technology.

Specific resources/knowledge used: Collaboration with mechanics, electronics and software to create a prototype in-house.
